Head Chef, Quentin Royles, draws his inspiration from his travels through Spain, particularly from towns like Cádiz and Jerez, where he fell in love with the bold flavors and unique ingredients of Andalusia.
With a passion for Spanish Sherry, Quentin expertly pairs his dishes with fine Spanish wines, creating a menu that celebrates the harmony between food and drink.
